● Collect, store, or share personal information from other users without their explicit consent; Idaho’s Consumer Protection Act (§ 48‑603) bans deceptive or unfair practices, including misuse of personal data

Legal Notes:

1) Computer Crime (Idaho Code § 18‑2202):

○ Unauthorized access or disruption of computer systems is illegal ().

○ Violations can result in felony charges (for damage or fraud) or misdemeanors (for unauthorized use) ().

2) Consumer Protection (Idaho Code § 48‑603):

○ Engaging in deceptive or unfair practices regarding data collection, misuse, or misrepresentation is prohibited .

○ Users have rights and may seek redress; the Idaho AG can enforce these provisions

2) Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register and maintain an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3) Service Providers and Customers

UCUT and iCUT platforms connect service providers (barbers, hairdressers, cosmetologists) with customers. While we facilitate the connection, UCUT Inc is not a direct party to the service transaction. We are not responsible for:

● The quality, timing, or legality of services performed

● Any disputes between users (e.g., missed appointments, unsatisfactory services)

We reserve the right to remove or restrict users who violate community guidelines or conduct harmful behavior.

4) Payments

If you use paid features of the Service:

● All payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

● UCUT does not store your full credit/debit card information

● Fees for services or subscriptions are clearly listed prior to purchase

Refund policies vary based on transaction type and are subject to our discretion and applicable local law.

5) License and intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Service are owned by UCUT Inc or its licensors. This includes logos, branding, designs, text, images, and software code. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent

6) Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party websites or services (e.g., Google Maps, Apple Pay). UCUT Inc is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these third parties.

Downloading our mobile app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store subjects you to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service, respectively. Please review their policies.

7) Termination

We reserve the right to:

● Terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time without notice for violation of these Terms

● Discontinue or modify any aspect of the Service at our sole discretion

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

● The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

● Any defects or errors will be corrected

● The Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCUT Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim related to the use of the Service shall not exceed $5 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.

10) Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at ucutinchelp@gmail.com.

If we cannot resolve it, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in Idaho, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials

11) Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or within the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
